These terms cover how our monthly design subscription works. By subscribing, you agree to them.

Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly, upfront. Your plan includes the scope listed on the plans page.

Requests & delivery
Requests are sent through chat and handled one at a time, or two at a time on Signature. Delivery times are estimates per request.

Revisions & add-ons
Each plan includes the revision rounds listed for it. Extra rounds and rush delivery are the only add-on charges and are billed with the request.

Pausing & cancelling
You can pause for up to 30 days per quarter and cancel at any time with 15 days’ notice.

Ownership
Once an invoice is paid, you own the final files delivered for that period. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability
We do our best to deliver on time and to spec. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in question.
